1. All Sales are Final:

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products or services unless otherwise specified.

2. Shipping Method:

• For items that require shipping, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS). Your order will be shipped through USPS to the provided address during checkout.

3. Order Fulfillment Timeframe:

• We reserve the right to take 5 to 7 business days to fulfill orders. This timeframe includes processing, packaging, and shipping. Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping transit time.

4. Comprehensive Evaluation:

• When purchasing a "comprehensive evaluation" through our website, you are pre-purchasing a service.

• Shipping of Materials:

  • Once the "comprehensive evaluation" is purchased, we will ship the necessary materials via USPS to the address provided during checkout.

• Appointment Information:

  • You will receive an email from ashley@thetonguetherapist.com with the remaining information required for your appointment, as well as instructions for preparing and scheduling it.

• Refunds for Canceled Evaluation:

  • If you decide to cancel the comprehensive evaluation after we have shipped the materials, no refunds will be issued. Please consider this before making your purchase.
