Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the online myofunctional therapy services provided by The Tongue Therapy Group LLC doing business as The Tongue Therapist ("Company"), hereinafter referred to as "The Tongue Therapist".
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using The Tongue Therapist's services.

Services Provided

The Tongue Therapist offers online myofunctional therapy services worldwide. This therapy service is similar to a health coaching service and is not considered a medical service. The goal of myofunctional therapy is to improve and enhance the muscular functions of the face and tongue.

Not Medical Advice

All advice and information provided by The Tongue Therapist through the myofunctional therapy services are not to be considered medical advice. The Tongue Therapist is not a medical professional, and any advice provided should not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. It is important to consult with your doctor or other qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical conditions or concerns.

Eligibility

To use the myofunctional therapy services provided by The Tongue Therapist, you must be 18 years old or older. For individuals under the age of 18, a parent or guardian may enroll and participate in the services on behalf of their dependent.

Service Cancellation and Refunds

All services sold by The Tongue Therapist are final. Once you have purchased a service, there are no refunds for choosing to discontinue the service. You are responsible for the full payment of any services purchased, regardless of whether you choose to continue or discontinue the myofunctional therapy service.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Tongue Therapist, including but not limited to written materials, videos, illustrations, graphics, and any other materials related to the myofunctional therapy services shall remain the intellectual property of The Tongue Therapy Group LLC. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any materials without prior written consent from The Tongue Therapist.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Tongue Therapy Group LLC, its employees, agents, partners, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the myofunctional therapy services provided by The Tongue Therapist. The Company's total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Changes to the Agreement

The Tongue Therapist reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on its website or by notifying you via email or other communication methods. By continuing to use the myofunctional therapy services after such modifications or updates, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in State of Utah.
By accessing or using the myofunctional therapy services provided by The Tongue Therapist, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using The Tongue Therapist's services.
