Meet your instructors:
Ashley Palin
A practicing myofunctional therapist and educator! Ashley started as a dental hygienist before pursuing a career in myofunctional therapy- this space has become her passion but after taking many trainings she realized there were key points that they were missing to help myofunctional therapists feel confident in their abilities and led her to start the Becoming a Tongue Therapist myofunctional therapy and breathing reeducation training program!
You will start the first morning learning big concepts with Dr. Goles and Dr. Fristch then get into the nitty-gritty of myofunctional therapy with Ashley the rest of the weekend!
Dr. Kevin Goles
Dr. Kevin Goles is recognized as the most experienced clinician in the world in non-surgical adult airway expansion and comprehensive airway-centered dental treatment, with more than 6,000 completed adult expansion cases and decades of focused clinical experience in sleep disordered breathing and physiologic airway correction.
Since the start of his career, Dr. Goles has focused on identifying and correcting the structural and functional root causes of airway disease. During his residency, he conducted research on Obstructive Sleep Apnea and its systemic health consequences, which led him to pursue and develop physiologic airway correction protocols focused on craniofacial development and root-cause treatment rather than symptom-management-only models.
Dr. Hilary Fritsch
Dr. Hilary Fritsch is a leading airway-focused and biologically driven dentist with deep clinical expertise in jaw development, craniofacial growth, and comprehensive airway-centered treatment. She is recognized for her ability to integrate airway diagnostics, orthodontics, sleep medicine, and functional rehabilitation into real-world, scalable clinical protocols.
Practicing dentistry since 2006, Dr. Fritsch has focused her career on identifying and treating the root causes of sleep-disordered breathing, craniofacial underdevelopment, and airway-driven chronic health conditions. She is widely known for implementing non-surgical airway development strategies in both pediatric and adult patients using expansion, aligner therapy, functional therapy, and medical collaboration.
